Just returned home a few days ago from leading my 5th sold out retreat with http://www.fearfultofit.com/
If I could get away to lead 20 beautiful women through 3 days of healing emotionally and have them tune into their breath and body through yoga, meditation and barre classes while not lifting a finger in the kitchen with everything homemade, I'd be gone at least once a month.
It's an honor, a beautiful trusting journey to create a space for women to lead with their hearts and disconnect logic for a weekend.
